(Bend, Ore.) -- On August 3, 2020 Democratic Precinct Committee Persons in Deschutes County voted to endorse Rita Schenkelberg for Bend City Council, Position 4. “This is a huge milestone in my campaign,” said Schenkelberg, who filed for position 4 in early July.
